Ordering Information

You have two ways to get the best there is to offer in traditional German food. First, you can always stop by Noack's during our normal business hours (see Directions) to experience the charm and atmosphere of the business for yourself. You can also phone or fax in an order. Noack's can be reached by phone at (203) 235-7384 during normal business hours or anytime by fax at (203) 235-3281. Orders may be placed by phone during Noack's business hours or by fax. If faxing in an order, please include a daytime phone where you can be reached in case there are any questions and so we can confirm the order. If you do not include a phone number, we will not ship. E-mail orders will be accepted, but you must include your phone number as directed above. For your own protection, do not e-mail your charge card number to us for any reason. If you do, you are placing both yourself and us at risk for credit card fraud.

Shipping

The standard method of shipping is UPS Second Day Air. All product is packaged in insulated cartons with appropriate additional cooling provided based on the product being shipped (i.e. ice packs or dry ice). Shipping rates are determined by UPS. Exact shipping cost will vary based on your order weight, packaging, and destination. UPS Next Day Air delivery is available at extra cost.
Orders are shipped only on Monday or Tuesday for UPS Second Day and Next Day Air, Wednesday’s for Next Day Air only. This is to prevent your order from spending the weekend in a warehouse.

Payment

Visa and MasterCard are currently the only charge cards accepted. No C.O.D. orders are accepted.
